Carribbean Cruise - what to do in ports?

Hi,
My wife and I are going on a Caribbean cruise with Celebrity in late March. The 4 ports it stops at are Cozumel - Mexico, George Town - Grand Cayman, Ocho Rios - Jamaica and Labadee - Hispaniola. I think that we will have around 6 hours in each place.
Can anyone recommend what are the best things to do in any/all of these ports in the time that we have?
Thanks
Steve

If you haven't been before -
Cozumel - Tulum is a great place for an excursion - go to your Roll call on cruisecriticsforum and I am sure others will be arranging independent tours a lot cheaper than the cruiseline.
Grand Cayman - Seven Mile beach and go and swim with the Sting Rays. Again try your Roll Call
Ocho Rios - you must climb the falls.
My cruiseline of choice is Celebrity and always book via a USA Travel Agency, you will be surprised at their prices and other benefits you can get. We saved over £1500 for 2 people on a 14 day cruise than the best price in the UK.0 -

Thanks - we have never been before. Going with Celebrity on the Reflection but did book(in May 2014) with a UK company . Never thought that a USA Agency would be cheaper
Maybe next time...............0 -

I've been told that before, are able to share your booking agency details? I'm considering another cruise for Easter next year? Thanks0 -

As Celebrity is our choice of Cruise Line would be interested to get details of your US Travel Agent, could you please PM details.

We stay on the ship, nice and quiet while everyone else is getting ripped off.The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

We have been to George Town, Cozumel and Ocho Rios and simply walked around each without doing any excursions.
The only one I wouldn't particularly want to walk around again is Ocho Rios. I think all of them had Margaritaville or similar where you could go for frozen cocktails etc if that's your thing.
The excursions weren't my thing in the Caribbean, but you should have a look at them just in case they appeal to you.0 -
A lot of Caribbean port towns are quite small, and great for small cruise ships like any of the Thomson fleet.
But if you get a couple of those 'shopping trolley' monsters then the amenities in these small places are overrun, as are all the excursion venues.
Note that Road Town in Tortola BVI is currently having a new cruiser terminal built, and you have to get ashore by ship's tender at the moment.0
