Getting a bill from these is like pulling teeth, they dont send them out unless requested, and when they do come out they are on an excel sheet, ridiculous

I am with Daligas. I have yet to get a bill (not due yet) but it does feel like somebody is running the company from their back bedroom.

I finally got a PDF bill from daligas after 7 weeks having chased 3 or 4 times.

Problem was the bill was incorrect, they managed to mis-calculate the standing charge, which I report at end of January. Recently got a email say they will refund the overcharge due to the mistake, apologising for the delay, but no timescale given for corrected bill and refund.

Based on previous emails "soon" means about 2 weeks hence.

If you got a "excel bill", maybe its because they PDF bills are not being generated correctly.
