This is exactly my problem - I have a Morribobs conditional spend and a left over fiver but nothing to spend it on - it should not be that hard to spend £20 ...
In theory I could get plants - they had cottage garden ones 3 for £5 last weekend but no varieties ...
Never thought about plants:) thanks will look next time I'm in, although I much prefer the 10p b&q specials that are half dead.. There's something satisfying about seeing them come back to life and in full bloom.
I do need 2x Mother's Day cards so I could always add them to a basic milk, bread. Fruit shop...
When did shopping get so complicated:rotfl:
I've not even thought about my £55 t shop:eek: annoyingly Mr monkey purchased a £20 torch in the week from t that he needed for work, that would have added nicely to my shop:)0 -
I've just had an email from Innocent smoothies and they now have an email address where you can send them your problems to sort out

Dog ate your last fiver and you can't afford the smoothies which is a problem because you're addicted ?0 -

Thanks for that - did you mean 3 weeks from the time you opened Co-op account or from when you applied to transfer your old account ? Do you feel you can post the gory details so I can be ready for the problems (I will understand if its too personal).
NO dont mind just was on phone earlier and its hard to type a lot or at all in my case !
Coop
Opened account over internet.
Stuff arrived in post.
Swich call made. 30 mins on phone
two weeks later on switch date. Didnt switch.
Called again. stroppy operator no apology. another 40 min call.
Arranged switch again. complained about stroppy operator.
Switch finally happened.
In mean time Daughter had been switching and she had done it through branch and then Coop refused her incenctive as she did not have direct debits only standing orders, several phone calls , branch manager sorted it for her. She got incentive.
As I had only standing orders I called to see whats happening. Assured yes fine you will get yours.
day 45 no incentive
spoke to customer services soemone will call you back.
Customer relations called Not entitled to incentive, really I says check again, comes back oh yes you are. OK if not in by Friday I will do it manually. Ok Bye. I said what no aopolgy ?
Lodges formal complaint when Friday came and went.
No letter , phones again, oh will send duplicate letter, 8 weeks to process claim.
Phoned today after I replied to you.
Finally they have upheld my claim and are sending £100 check,
no compensation for 14 phone calls however.
So now not sure what to do, half says ok you finally got it, other half says actually not good enough.
Bird hand bird bush.
I am however never ever banking with the Coop again. Incentive or no incentive.
Having said that, lots of people done it and been no problem.
Its prob just my luck hun xxxx0 -

I got a gooseberry plant from them two or three years ago. Turned out to be no such thing - it was some kind of flowering shrub instead!0 -
