Good afternoon
What a lovely sunny day... I've washing out and some ready to go out but I've run out of pegs...grrrrr I think they go to the same place as the missing socks.
I've finally got around to doing some spring cleaning this morning:j strange how it makes you feel better:)
A few cupboards sorted... Random toys lost bits found:)
My bzz kingfisher kit has just arrived, pretty impressive for a freebie:T
Has anyone done any good morries shops recently??
I've just spied a £3 off £20 on my pin board that expires soon and I've a£5 left over from the biscuits so I only :eek:need to spend £12 cash... Just not sure what on.. Don't need cleaning things or shampoo, I think if every member of my household grew another head of hair I would still have enough shampoo to last 4 years:)
Enjoy the sunshine:)0 -
Even though the tikka says medium it is not too bad, I added yoghurt to the first one I ate but didn't bother with the second. And I don't like things really hot, I did have some 50p mango chutney with it from last year.
The tikka is my favourite, though I usually add chilli flakes to mine to make it a little spicier
Morning all 'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
Does anyone know of a 3 for £5 trigger for toiletries apart from simple face wash please ?I think its now a 3 for £6 deal
and last week this was working as a trigger in 3 for £5-havent checked lately:
Nivea Visage Eye Makeup Remover 125 ml
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/product/910001586858
I was told it wasn't that one but the light blue one. Hold on and I'll try to find the post0 -
Nivea Trigger:Donaldweight wrote: »Hi, yes the trigger I used in the 3 for £5 deal was the Nivea eye make up remover 125ml BC 4902492.its the light blue one not visage b/c 2492 125ml bottle
Edit: Dippydoo it was you who posted it, or is that no longer in that deal? I think its in 3 for £6 now. Not looked at this for a couple of days0 -
Way off topic...
I have just had an earth shattering moment. DD2 is looking at converting cm to inches and said that the answer was 21.11"
I confidently told her that it couldn't be as measurement increments go up in tens so 21.11 would actually be 22.1. Oh backed me up but counted the lines on the tape measure....we both decided that it must be a faulty tape measure :rotfl:
Not so, google told me that inches actually go up in incriments of 16!
How I got to 43 years of age without knowing that I will never know :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

This is exactly my problem - I have a Morribobs conditional spend and a left over fiver but nothing to spend it on - it should not be that hard to spend £20 ...
In theory I could get plants - they had cottage garden ones 3 for £5 last weekend but no varieties ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. A very productive morning- the bee shrub cut down and dug up, palm plants all out in the sun, terracotta pots all scrubbed of algae build up, greenhouse swept inside and cleaned inside and out and some pruning done of brambles and trees behind my fences
I thought I'd have to come indoors and get some suncream on my face at one pointI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
