The total outlay could be more than £2 depending on how much she spends on the cheap bits of shopping.

If you get one of each of the three curries you mentioned plus the flatbread that's 4 I usually get a carrot, parsnip, onion, banana, and 4 packs of different 10p sweets and pay about 75p

Ok checked MSM and the only cereal in my pics which looks good for a small APG for a c&c/hd is the granola vs T or W. Not tested, need to order is 2's, please check your local store before ordering ;)

Oh is it half a mile ? I tend to do 30 as I found 60 too tiring once I stopped. I only do breast stroke though . Is that what you did.

If its a 25 metre pool then yes, 64 is a mile so 32 half a mile. I do a mix of front crawl, breast stroke and backstroke, although you have to be careful you don't crash into people with the backstroke! :o

I will probably stick at 32 the first few times I go, to get used to it, then start upping it slowly. 40 lengths is 1000m, so a kilometer, so that will the next aim, then eventually up to the mile. I definitely need to get some goggles sooner rather than later though, or I will be sporting lovely red bloodshot eyes at work when I go in the mornings! :rotfl:
