Ta - a good excuse to go to Farm Foods - also get julienne carrots - Ronnie the cat is obsessed with them :)

Looks like I'm in trouble then - I had 1 x £20 and 1 x £2 apg left over from last month (exp 10 March). Now all my new ones are in and all the dates are now 31 March. How do I tell which are the 2 old ones that need using first ? Or will I lose them ?

I would make sure to use all the £20 and £2 first before the others; although, having said that I had a £5 left over which has changed date, but it's at the top of the list, and stayed there while the evouchers came through. If I had to hazard a guess I'd say this was my old one. Not sure if this helps, but I'm using all the £5s for tomorrow's shop to make sure.:)

Has anyone any clues as to where I can get good strong cheddar or any cheese really for around £5 or £6 a kilo - ie 50p to 60p per 100g - not the bland value stuff, proper cheese

Lidl Mature Cheddar is good, and the Extra-Mature Cheddar is really good; both around £5.50ish a kilo if I remember rightly. I prefer the Lidl own-brand Cheddar to any others. The Aldi Cheddar is also pretty good.
