Mine last year were a complete disaster but this year were perfect... Don't add the water to the line as the bottle suggests. I added to 1cm below roughly... Or if you do add water to the line add 1 tbsp of flour to the mixture.

Hardly the point when it's meant to be quick and simple:p but they are better and do flip.
