I tried a flat bread as a pizza base last night....it wasnt a total disaster ...perhaps a little soft on the base which made it difficult to cut into small pizza quarters....but all in all not too bad.

Jelly...I will try that next time..
I got some semolina just for preparing pizzas.
Also, for a crispy pizza base, set the oven on the hottest setting possible and let it really warm up properly, put the baking tray/pizza tray (or even better a pizza stone if you have one) in the oven to get hot too. The heat is the key. Domestic ovens don't get anywhere near as hot as restaurant/takeaway pizza ovens, but you can at least get your oven as hot as possible.

Morning all! Dentist check up today :/
I know I have a tooth at the very back that broke so I expect I'll have to get that removed soon. Bah.

Not necessarily. The current trend is for 'low intervention' treatment, the thinking being that any restorative work (eg, fillings) involves some weakening of the tooth itself, which may result in further problems (lost fillings, or deterioration, leaving a tooth that needs capping or removing) in later years. The 'high intervention' treatment of years ago has resulted in a generation of people whose dental work now needs further work.
So unless the tooth is causing you pain then you may (or perhaps should) be given the option of leaving the tooth as it is.

Coincidentally, I had a dental check-up this morning, and also had broken off a bit of tooth a couple of days before, so I had a lovely conversation with the dentist all about this. (I'm basically repeating what she explained.)
In my case she advised that the tooth would be fine as it is, or I could have it treated but it would have to be capped (at £200+). I'm leaving it as it is, for now at least.

Hi I never received my orchard vouchers for the last two programmes, the gift at Christmas and the meat one, so I emailed them as my score has suffered so much and the have removed me from them , I would rather the vouchers though:o

I have had exactly that problem, I actually asked to be taken off because I wasn't getting the vouchers, stupid having Orchard all over the envelope!

'Hot and quick' is the key to cooking great pizza - in the hottest possible oven, 4 minutes should be fine, up to 8 minutes maximum; I check mine after 5 mins and they're usually good to go.
Oh, and don't overdo the toppings as that can make the pizza soggy.
