I'll be visiting the inlaws tonight, so will get them to watch Ruth's video and vote for her :)

help elite please, have lost the recipe for the icing on the malteaser cake and promised to make one for tonight when girls are down I know you heated it up think it was chocolate, butter and icing sugar but not sure of quantities and it is yummy espeacily warmed with ice cream, anyone got the beacon to put up for our cake queen please:D

    I'd saved it..
For the fudge icing ( a fair warning, this is quite sweet)

    110g unsalted butter (room temperature)
    400g icing sugar, sifted
    60g cocoa powder, sifted
90ml of milk (semi skimmed or full fat)

    - Put all the ingredients into a saucepan.
    - Over a low to medium heat, continuously stir until all the ingredients are combined and the butter has fully melted.
    - Transfer contents to a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for about an hour to thicken up.
    - Mix well before using.

I tried a flat bread as a pizza base last night....it wasnt a total disaster ...perhaps a little soft on the base which made it difficult to cut into small pizza quarters....but all in all not too bad
A sprinkling of semolina on the baking tray/pizza tray helps to crisp up pizza bases nicely; it may work on flatbreads/wraps etc when used as a pizza base.

Hi I never received my orchard vouchers for the last two programmes, the gift at Christmas and the meat one, so I emailed them as my score has suffered so much and the have removed me from them , I would rather the vouchers though:o

I just read on twitter a rather what I feel not very nice comment about what I think must be the amateur entries in the top 6 by one of the males up there. I don't think there was any need for that. :(
