  • Afternoon :D
    I've got my friends four year old this afternoon :)

    She's sitting on my living room floor, eating her lunch, watching cartoons and farting :eek: :eek: so much noise out of someone so small :eek: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    I've got some colouring for her to do in a bit, that should be fun :rotfl:
    he he, sounds like fun Queenie! :rotfl: Small children make such a mess. On a tuesday night, my first words in the house are "the cleaner has been, don't make a mess" (although my 5 year old said it before me last night and I had to suppress a giggle). I was mopping up the floor within 20 mins of tigercub getting in and hoovering up the crumbs! Little filthpot that she is :D

    Our underfloor heating is water fed too. We had a leak and it took ages to find. The high water bill is what alerted us to it. Just seem to have had lots of problems with it :-(
    Shame about the leak. Hope ours is good for along time, it's only 5 years old. If the floor ever has to come up, the whole kitchen/utility will have to be re-tiled:o
    Mine too. The only way to get it above 19 is to leave the heating on high all day long for about a week. Gas costs way too much to do that for any length of time.
    :eek::eek: wow, that's extreme.

    edit: A's price is the £10 on the left, way way cheaper than the £21

    We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits. :)

    Hi all :wave:

    Long time no speak. Hope everyone is keeping well and the glitches have kept coming :)
    Not been on this thread yet but got Tiny's PM when I logged on today and have placed my vote.

    I haven't been in a very good place the last few weeks/months. Struggling with full time work, rubbish shift patterns and a compulsory CPD course at Uni. I've been exhausted and the boys have been demanding which has put a strain on everything at home :(
    I've finally made it to a week of annual leave though (albeit interrupted by a Uni day I can't get out of :mad:) and I heard this week that work have finally agreed to let me reduce my hours :D So from May I'll have finished my course and will be down to 24 hours, so 2 shifts a week. It feels as if there is a little light at the end of the tunnel :)
    Hopefully I'll soon be able to do some of the things I enjoy again, like MSEing :)
