Unfortunately nearly all english hospitals charge as much as they can get away with.prescriptions are now over8 quid:eek:you are very lucky if you can even get a parking space at an english hospital before they rob you blind:mad:

Even the staff working in the hospitals have to pay to park.

    4 things to do today...

Put all 80+ Agatha Christie paperbacks on FB for free

Go to Arg0s & pick up the Chad Valley umbrella & kite kits

    Visit my DNs new house

Empty out the glory hole for water board to replace water meter.

So far I have gathered the books...

Oh, how can you bear to get rid of the books! I have all the AC paperbacks, picked up in charity shops, and will not swop them for Kindle editions -- which are expensive, or were, last time I looked.

  • Morning all.

    Having a lazy day.
Got a cond spend for T's that expires today but I just can't find the motivation to try and make a list. So think I'll just avoid the shops today and take my new car out for a proper drive to see how she goes instead.

in my hospital they get so many days free over a period of time (parking passes), its to encourage them to lift share. my daughter managed quite well using the system. I don't know if its similar at other hospitals
