And as a vegetarian trying to become a vegan, there are so many traps set!!! I have so much to learn about that, it isn't as simple as it sounds being veggie, but vegan is another thing altogether :eek Vegan cheese is vile but I am supposed to have an ounce of cheese a day on slimming world plan (or milk which I could have as soya milk .... but I hardly drink coffee/tea and have it black anyway, and make my porridge with water) Any vegans on here?
