Totally understand him passing out, im not ashamed to say was was screaming, never felt pain like it, just when you think its past it then spasms and starts all over again

So sorry Neosi
I am a fellow sufferer, with three prolapsed discs. I was very lucky as MRI within a week but had to be carried in to have it and was in agony in the tunnel.
I am getting on a bit, so because of arthritis was advised against surgery.
The physio helped a bit, as did the exercise and the meds....although I couldn't take anything strong......one thing that was offered after a while was a course, provided by the NHS with a learning part and then exercise at the hospital.
It was of some help and in this situation, every little helps (pun).
Keep moving and keep taking anti inflammatory meds, hope you get back to some sort of normality soon xx0 -
:j :j :j My printer is busy now and I can have some cheap Umbongo

I will double check that as DD3 says it is 1st March?, I found some rules the other day which made me  as said you had to be over 18 but I was looking at the US rules the UK/European ones you can be 16/17. Phew.
Different countries are having different cut offs I think. Malaysia extended the date for videos to be in by guess they didn't have enough.0 -
Evening all, hope you have had a nice day0

Can you not put the CC on direct debit to pay the whole amount each month? That's what I do.
Thanks Picasso I did this straight after I realised I had forgot to pay it.Evangeline1971 wrote: »I totally agree with the above. There's no reason not to dress up anytime you feel like. I have a good friend who I've known since childhood. She suffers clinical depression and rarely leaves the house. Recently she posted on facebook that she has a ballgown to wear for her birthday. OH couldn't understand why she would do this as he said she made it sound like she was having a big party when in reality it was just a buffet at her house with her brother and sister, myself and OH. He said she lives in a fantasy world but so what, this is what makes her happy and it's not hurting anyone so why not
Aww bless.
Trouble is I'm always saving my nice clothes for best but then never get chance to wear them :rotfl:
Would be best to make myself feel better by wearing nice clothes rather than worrying about them bobbling up or whatever. I do need to wear them before they go out of fashion lol. Think I will do it more in spring as at the moment I could have anything on under my big coat :rotfl:
XXCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.0 -
