I drove past my first M's local last week, had never seen one before. It's the same size as a T express...:D
Off to town to return an unworn shirt from Oasis - it's a silky shirt with the sleeves rolled up but because of the soft material, the sleeves half fall down to my wrists. Will totally annoy me so it's going back (with the label on of course). Back later xTiger

Just had a very unsatisfying call to Asda customer services. Bubbs, check your online banking for any recent click and collects at F/C in case same has happened to you.
Checked mine today, and they have taken out nearly 3 times what the order should have cost, and what is says is the total on my paperwork. Call centre were useless, going round in circles about the cost of Udi's. Refused to put me through to a supervisor, have had to escalate it via email.
I'm glad I kept my paperwork, usually I don't if there are no subs or refunds to worry about. She kept saying the price of things can change, the order value is just a guide. I explained that I realised that, however the paperwork they give out when you collect your shopping is the price you have been charged on the day, and that is the total cost of your shopping. Think there was some difficulty in understanding, as she was unable to deviate from what sounded like a script and just kept repeating the same thing.
They still haven't resolved a previous issue either, where I used an e voucher but then things weren't in stock so owed me nearly £10. Not very happy with Asda today.0 -

I've never had the full amount taken before, so not sure why this time is any different?
I'll let you know if I get any response to my email.0 -
Afternoon all - it might be cold outside but it looks quite spring like. I have opened the front room window :j
In between cleaning up another bout of cat sick, kitchen floor and dining room rug thus time - Ronnie this time, not usual for him - my life is so glamorous -
I decided to tackle the living room.
We have 2 full length sofas - behind mine is not much, mainly the magazine basket, the wall behind backs onto the old fire place and the wall smells a bit damp so I have to keep it clean and clear and not store much behind so there is plenty if air flow.
Under the front window is Ohs sofa and by the side of this is Ohs messy corner - believe me it is messy. When we first met he had an entire spare bedroom of mess so I was forewarned.
Mainly its trainers, various pill packets, train magazines, work related paper work, electronics, socks, DVDs of trains, photos of trains - nothing I can actually sort out even if I did want to touch it - I think he really needs his own shed a long way from the house or at least the next house needs a box roomyoungest son did pull everything out and rearranged it for him one day so he could get on top of the mess - it's just as bad now. Periodically he shuffles it around a bit, mainly to pacify me. I won't touch it all.
Anyway I've taken photos of it in situ so he can't say I've dumped anything in his messy corner - he will. I haven't today but I do put his stuff in his corner rather than having it cluttering the house.
So in the meantime I've moved the sofas into the middle of the floor and vacuumed everything, done the skirting, coffee table and window ledges, just got a few things to take up stairs like rucksacks and put a few things in the Oxfam box pile but 95% of it I can't deal with - not my stuff.
I am thinking this is a job I really should not have started ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0
