C fetched one in the kitchen and put on jacket potato tray and the potatoes didn't stick. The non stick tray took ages to clean before.

Says you can use in frying pans without any oil and egg wont stick :T

I am going to take Poppy walkies normal work time then go for work bus and hope she is ok .

I tend to give up wine for Lent, easy way out as only have it with Sunday Dinner

Morning all.

Work awaits me this morning and when I'm finished this evening it's off to circuit training :eek: shoulders are sore again though so will need to pace myself a bit, but I'm determined to go.

Have arranged a wee day out on Friday with a work friend. We're away to get a tarot reading. Seen the lady who does it a couple of times before and she's been really good so off to see if she has any answers for my questions!
