Afternoon all! Finally finished work on time so I've got a chance to pop my head in and say hi :hello:

When times were really good we overpaid our mortgage by double.
Our lender was fantastic when we hit hard times, we'd built up an over payment we could put towards future payments and went almost a year and a half with not paying :j
Guess we got lucky (fair few years back now) as I assume lenders don't let you do that now.

Hubby and I got a 40 year mortgage at the end of 2013, and now with overpayments we're down to 34 years! :j Our mortgage provider does offer us the same as you had Dipdap, all our overpayments can be used as payments in the future if the worst happened and we lost our jobs. It gives us extra reassurance and also means that our overpayments are much better spent bringing down our mortgage than in any savings account. The snowball calculator reckoned 14 years at this rate, it's a real incentive not to waste money and put it to good use instead.

She has a passport and driving licence but I'm not really happy at her taking those on a night out. She is at college so might ring them on Monday. Thanks :)

I wouldn't waste your time and money getting anything else. Most licensed places will only accept either of those two. She might be able to buy DVDs with a citizen card, but they're so easily faked that pubs and clubs don't accept them, in my experience.

3 different flavours should compare well, cost 35p each after MOC and APG.

Thanks, this was the first one Ive printed from my mail. Do they change frequently? Are you only allowed one of each like supersavvyme?

That's the second time I've seen "snowball calculator" today. Does this help you work out overpayments on mortgages, ie how many years you would pay off if you increased payments by xxx amount of pounds?
    Please and thank you :)
It's something I've been meaning to look into:)

Edit: googled it and found one thanks.

    Thank you, thats very kind.

I'm not sure whether to go to the Dr or not, I'm sure they will bring up my weight, and whilst I know it doesn't help I'm not convinced its solely down to that. I've been this size on and off a while now, and although I wasn't by any means fit before my op last year, I could quite easily go for a short walk, or manage a few hours wandering round the shops without being in any kind of pain. Just seems a bit extreme to be in this discomfort after around 15 minutes walking (and thats at a very slow speed).

I said to Bubbs, and am going to say it on here, I'm going to start swimming next week to see if that helps. If I say it on here then I can be shamed into doing it, needs lots of encouragement!
