    Just goes to show that a little negotiation does go a long way. They were obviously more keen to sell than they let on.

    I think they knew PP had another, final bid up their sleeve but agree that it was definitely a genuine delay to consider the offer and consult with the necessary parties involved.

    It's a result!, just keep things bopping along to exchange asap. Harass your solicitor, the EA and everybody to get there and then everyone is tied in.;)
