Faulty goods - rights to have replaced

We have had a lot of problems with our recent buy of 'Julian bowen keeler tomato chairs' with the red paint coming off in places. The last replacement chair was delivered with the paint already coming off. Please could anyone tell me what rights we have to receive a replacement for this faulty chair? Also, is there anyone else out there who's purchased the same chairs and had problems with them?
