I am 16 years old in full time education and i have recently received £2000 that I would like to invest. Where, at this current moment in time, should i invest my money?

Sadly 16 is a bad age for banking, previous threads have suggested that it's not possible for you to open the type of accounts that most of us can that pay the best interest as you need to be 18, and you're too old to open the high interest child accounts. I don't think we've ever come to a conclusion that would work for you, but maybe somebody will come up with something this time.
PS Rather than post on the Student board it might be better to ask your question on the Savings or Banking board.0 -
Yes, I would have waited until age 180
