Thanks everyone for taking the time to reply. I had done my research and assumed as much. He did mark everyone down when he was granted probate. My Stepdads intention were to share his deceased sisters part of the estate between two of her children (there is no animosity there)and to tell the third child he had had enough money whilst the lady was alive. Sadly not making a will as caused lots of trouble. Once again thanks to everyone.0
