Idealworld refunds

Options
Has anyone had problems getting a refund from ideal world. I ordered an item 31.1.15, returned it the following day, (1/02/15). They received it back into their wharehouse on 4/02/15, (9 days ago).
Despite phoning, always being transferred to India, and emailing I have yet to receive a refund, (£169.00)

Did you advise them you were cancelling the order and returning the goods?

If not, the first they knew of your return was 4 February.

Assuming they are a UK company, they are allowed up to 14 days from cancellation to process any refund.

    Sit back and relax.
Get in touch with them again after next Wednesday if you still haven't got your refund by then.

They are a nightmare company to deal with. I only got paid after sending a LBA.

If you put their number into the "say no to" site it will give you a uk based number ,give them a ring

I second that but didn't need a LBA, I sent an item back and they didn't want to refund as they said it was out of their trial period. Took numerous emails explaining to they why the item wasn't fit for purpose and how it would eventually fail before I got a refund.

OP did well for next day delivery though.
