Refused for balance transfer. I'd like to apply again....

Hi, hope someone can help with advice.

I have recently applied for balance transfer MBNA card and got accepted but not for the full amount I asked for. So I tried to apply for another balance transfer through Halifax and I've been refused even tho according to the online eligibility checker I had 80% possibility to be accepted. I don't know why they refused me, maybe cos they saw I've recently got MBNA card....

I still have about £1000 left on my high interest Barclays credit card and I'd love to get it transfered to any other 0% balance card. Can anyone suggest which one should I apply for and what can I do?

Sounds like you may have plenty of credit cards already. A factor which will influence future decisions.

So therefore a 20% chance of being refused. And the result is only an approximation anyway.
