Accepted For Value

Can anyone help

I am curious to know what anyone understands about “Accepted For Value” written on credit slips. Recently I have been doing my own research into what this is about, consequently am finding some alarming results (I want you to understand I am NOT looking for anything that either constitutes or provides concrete legal advice) what is a credit slip? Which way does the credit flow? Something very important, the fact all British residents that have UK birth certs & NI numbers are worth an absolute fortune in credit to certain people, it would appear credit they can glean on your behalf from possibly CROWN (NOT HRH Elizabeth II), the Bank Of England who knows.

It appears in certain circles that we the general public are being conned at an alarming rate over utilities (gas, water & electric). I currently pay by direct debit but in the past as many do now by cheque, I am keen to know what you understand about “Accepted For Value”? it appears from the following YouTube videos listed, by writing Accepted For Value at 45 degrees left to right across the credit slip plus several other entities then the amount shown on the slip is paid, something about “The Bill Of Exchange Act” 1882. A “Lord Denning” has said, “when payment is offered as Accepted For Value this must be treated as cash and the debt settled, if refused then the bill/invoice is null/void”.

Follow the link to see about “Accepted For Value” including something about “double dipping” – these companies getting paid twice – once by the consumer, the 2nd by some “Clearing House” ???

Have had to take out links for video eveidence to possible proove certain points

Please research “White Rabbit” channel - possible mortgage/loan fraud by the main banks/building societies.

Some of these might appear as crack pots & I agree to a certain extent it does with their presentation but the underlying message is there to see.

There are obvious ramifications to come from this possibility of:

1. Fraud on the part of the Utility Companies.
2. FREE Gas etc for all.

There is far too much to cover in this email but would make an interesting mini series of documentaries, knowledge which should be in the public domain.

I do not know where to turn to about advice on things of this matter & hoping perhaps you might point me in the right direction, perhaps it would make some interesting journalism for the public to be aware of, remember the explosive outfall from MPs’ expenses!

Any comments/ideas would be appreciated.

Regards
