A short question. Has any one a link to a map, or list of what areas are included in each region?

I'm not sure that I'd think there are such things as house price regions???
Bearing in mind that, in my home area, there are two places I know well and that are just 10 miles apart from each other, but if I were viewing potential Forever Home level houses there I would need around £100,000 more for one of those locations than the other:eek:.
On the other hand, walking from my starter house (2 up/2 down terrace) in dearest of those two places over to THE dearest starter house area there added up to £50,000 for just being a 10 minute walk away. Walking in the other direction for about 20 minutes would have knocked around £30,000 off the price.
Maybe some areas aren't as price-sensitive almost literally to the street as where I've come from??? Just reporting how it is there.0 -
