House Price Regions

A short question. Has any one a link to a map, or list of what areas are included in each region?

Comments

  • I'm not sure that I'd think there are such things as house price regions???

Bearing in mind that, in my home area, there are two places I know well and that are just 10 miles apart from each other, but if I were viewing potential Forever Home level houses there I would need around £100,000 more for one of those locations than the other:eek:.

On the other hand, walking from my starter house (2 up/2 down terrace) in dearest of those two places over to THE dearest starter house area there added up to £50,000 for just being a 10 minute walk away. Walking in the other direction for about 20 minutes would have knocked around £30,000 off the price.

Maybe some areas aren't as price-sensitive almost literally to the street as where I've come from??? Just reporting how it is there.
