MSE Cheap Energy Club/Switch.
Joined the Cheap Energy Club, applied to switch my supplier from EDF to Sainsbury Energy, on 2/2 2015, not heard from Sainsbury's so decided to ring them on 12th, they informed me that they had not received an application from MSE, emailed MSE with details no reply as yet.
Anybody have the same problems?

Did you get an acknowledgement email from the Cheap Energy Club after you instigated the switch request?0
-
Yes I did..thanks.0

Well you should get someone along from the Cheap Energy Club (CEC) shortly to help. If you emailed them, I am sure you'll get a response.
I have had some negative experience recently with failed attempts to switch via CEC, so if it is at the Sainsbury's end (so to speak) you might be unlucky; hope I am wrong obviously.0 -
Hi Keithann
Could you drop us an email to collectiveswitch AT moneysavingexpert.com?
We'll pick this up for you - if you've received the confirmation email, it'll definitely be with Sainsbury's, but perhaps stuck somewhere in its process before being uploaded onto the customer service systems which the person you spoke to can see.0
