Hi guys, Last week I dont a balance transfer on the virgin website to my virgin card. It still wasnt showing on my virgin credit card so I Rang them up to check and they stad that there is no pending transactions on my account, my avaible balance hasnt gone down either, I rang other credit card company to get the exact balance to transfer again and the balance is 0. I done another transfer 1 day before and it went on my virgin card within 2 days. Anyone no whats happened? Thanks
