Advice Needed On Card Refund On Switched Account

Hi,

Just a quick question. I recently switched my account from Lloyds to TSB, it was a full switch and my Lloyds account is now shut.

However I recently had to contact Amazon to return something and they said they have refunded me to my original payment method which was my card on my Lloyds account.

Will that refund automatically be transferred over to the new TSB account does anyone know?

Thank you

  • Just to update. I have contacted TSB Switching Team who have stated that anything going to the old account, whether thats a card refund or someone paying cash in at a branch will be automatically transferred to the new account even though it may take a couple of days longer.
