Elux Shisha Ltd?

Hi,

Here's a weird question - anyone head of Elux Shisha Ltd? I think I've been hit by credit card fraud, but the bank are having none of it. Need to prove me case, so any other cases might be helpful.

Never heard of it, but the company is less than a year old, and changed its name from Shishaworldwide Limited in june last year, the director being a French man who lives in London

Well you either ordered some shisa goods or you didn't or does it make you lose your memory?

Thanks for the replies folks, they appear to sell disposable cigarettes (not that I use the things), but I can't for the life of me work out how they got my credit card details. Guess I'll have to push the bank harder, and take it to the ombudsman if they won't investigate properly.

You don't need to prove anything. If you report that you don't recognise the transaction, it's the company and the bank that have to prove that you did authorise it.
