VAT reg number

But should they not use their VAT number on their forms if they have one? ANPR Ltd does have a VAT registration number but its different to what is on the legal document they supplied me with.0

According to the VAT Checker both numbers are invalid!0

Um, I've just checked them too and they are both valid. Did you use the GB prefix? This was on https://www.vat-number-check.com.0

Just checked on https://www.vatcheck.eu and that site states the 130 9312 46 is valid but the other one isn't. So the ANPR Ltd VAT No. is valid but the other one isn't.
Also checked ec.europa.eu and that is the same.0
