Advice please - finding info on conditions attached to the sale of l

Can anyone tell me, is there a way to see the detailed provisions or covenants which were attached to a leasehold or freehold sale of a plot of land?
(Things like forbidding the buyer from building permanent structures / or the keeping of animals, or requiring them to fence or maintain boundaries)
Does the land registry, which would have these details, allow the public access to this info – or is it secret, between buyer / seller?

Thanks.
If there any rule of thumb? Such as ....for transfers made in the last ten covenants would be shown. Or is it one of those things down to whim and/ or chance?arghhh!!!0 -
Covenants are written into seperate documents, eg a Deed or Conveyance, not the Title.
In most cases, the Title will refer to a covenant which is in "the conveyance dated 1st May 1923".
That document may have been lodged with the Land Registry and be available for (£8?).
I cannot advise which Titles generally do/don't have other docs lodged - I imagine it depends on the history of the property's transfers & Registration.
edit: sorry. £7 see
