Energy Club - stuck on switching when I'm not
Hi
Gone to switch before deadline tonight but I'm stuck on currently switching and option to switch tariffs is greyed out.
I've checked with my current supplier and I definitely switched in October and I haven't switched since.
Can anyone help before deadline to switch in 3hrs?

You need to email them, they can clear the issue from their end. That's what I had to do.0

Hi...if your desperate to switch just go through a comparison site and get cashback.....there's not that much difference and I have found that it's sometimes dearer for me through Mse cheap energy club.0
