New digital speed camera in liverpool

Old style gat so that has been facing wrong way for last 12years on park road in toxteth now been replaced with new digital one. Saw plenty of drivers going past it and slamming brakes on no flash even during night time. Anyone know if they flash like the old gatso?

If it's digital it can be altered in Photoshop, can't do that with a negative.0

Depends on the exact type of camera. http://www.speedcamerasuk.com/ has the types out there and explains their operations.
Some types use infra red flash to enable them to be used in a forward facing setup. So it does actually flash but you wont see it doing so as its out your visual range0 -
