Nook Replacement

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I had a faulty Nook and contacted their customer services last October, they said if I returned it to them then they would replace it for me. I have contacted them several times as they have mine but I still haven't replaced it. They told me after Christmas that they were struggling to get hold of them but I would receive it soon. Now they are no longer replying to my emails and when I have tried to call the automated message tells me to email or live chat (which is always unavailable):mad:
