Why you should always block a buyer after pb!

Sold w items to someone last August and in November I had a chargeback on both items in Paypal, and lost the case.

Just had another order from that buyer! Stupidly had not blocked her...

What is she playing at?!

The chargeback was for unauthorised use of her card!

Ring Paypal and let them know.

Personally I would refund her and let her know why.

If you can stand the wait do both.

She can leave feedback regardless. I would rather not lose the outward postage and/or item.
