Estate agent changes terms and conditions

The estate agent that is selling our house has changed the terms and conditions of our contract after we have signed the contract.
More specifically they have changed the portal that they advertise on from one of the main 2, to a new, from what we can tell, much smaller and not as well known one. We are convinced that there is no where near as much traffic going through this new portal. We would like to move to another agent that uses the other portals.
We have a 28 day notice period for termination in the contract.
Does anyone have any advice on where we stand if we want to move agents sooner than having to wait for the 28 period.

If the EA has breached the terms of the contract, you should be able to terminate the contract (without the 28 days notice).
Ideally, you should get the EA to agree to this in writing.
Otherwise, the risk is that another EA introduces a buyer during the 28 days, and both EAs claim fees.0 -
Personally, I wouldn't worry what the second portal is, as long as the first one is Rightmove.0

The second is presumably onthemarket. It's an estate agent backed site designed to destroy Zoopla and then go after rightmove. The t and c of using it bans the agent from using more than one other portal. Tell the agent to comply with the contract.0

They cannot change the T&Cs without your agreement.
Either you tell them to stick to the contract or you move to another agent immediately.0 -
Does it actually say in the written contract where it will be advertised?Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
