Advice

Need advice on how to stop phone supplier not stopping contract and taking money from account. Unfortunately I cant cancel direct debit as it is my sons phone and he had serious financial problems (bankrupt) and I dont want to affect his position now getting better.

    I'm afraid I didn't really follow your post so forgive me if I've picked this up wrong :o

    It reads as if you don't want the phone company to stop the contract - but you don't want them to take the money from the bank account .... do you want to switch payment to another bank account?

    Sorry but I'm confused :o can you provide a bit more info?
