Need advice on how to stop phone supplier not stopping contract and taking money from account. Unfortunately I cant cancel direct debit as it is my sons phone and he had serious financial problems (bankrupt) and I dont want to affect his position now getting better.

Hi, I think you've posted on the wrong board (this is a board for challenges) so you might get a better response if you either post on the debt free wannabe board or ask one of the mods to move it

I'm afraid I didn't really follow your post so forgive me if I've picked this up wrong

It reads as if you don't want the phone company to stop the contract - but you don't want them to take the money from the bank account .... do you want to switch payment to another bank account?

Sorry but I'm confused can you provide a bit more info?
