Thanks Angel !. I accidently mentioned to my other DD about you having your Tragus pierced and my DD has just rang me to say she has just had hers done too ,without being numbed!.
Totally insane !.I love my belly button piercing and now I need to slim down and wax my belly. He He! Ps Red Chilli thats why I got my belly done I did it for me.Dont want to offend anyone one with the hair thing.

I had my belly button pierced when i was 18.
My big sis treated me to it on the condition that i had it done first, well i worked myself up thinking it was really going to hurt that afterwards i threw up
I loved my piercing but took it out when pregnant with DS, have always told DH that once we are finished having children i am getting it peirced again.
Hubby didn't like my piercing but it's my belly button and i'll do what i like with it , and with baby no.2 due december i think i will leave it till about March to get it redone, should be enough time for my jelly belly to stop wobbling :rotfl:

I am having a tummy tuck done in december, and if it looks real good, I am also going to get my belly button pierced.:D

Noooooo, my mom actually doesnt mind them. She actually got her bb done for her 50th birthday! You'd never guess coz she REALLY doesnt look that type of person. But she had it done for her, she doesnt show it off or anything, though she does love it. Saying that, she never told her mom she'd had it done though, lol

yram slim, your daughters eyebrows can grow back, though it can take a whole year for most of the hairs to fully grow back. If she plucks them on a regular basis for a long time some may not grow back at all.
Most piercings heal up nicely, with barely a scar.

I personally have my ears done first at 15, then had bb at 22, followed shortly after by my tongue. The next year I then had my eyebrow pierced, it is addictive!
I would love to get my back tattooed but am too chicken, even if it did grow & sag (love that clip!)

i got my back tattoed and it was a very BIG one, only had little tattoo on upper arm before. It was VERY painful kinda clench ya fists and grit ya teeth jobby but its well worth it.

I've said this before and now I'm saying it again I think piercings and tattoos look awful. I'm more unique than anyone else for not having one.

I had my BB done years ago before everybody had it done, as a rock chick thing (Aerosmith's Crying video anyone?). I had a gold ring and never had any trouble. Then put on a load of weight and it rubbed, and on changing it to another ring left it out too long and it closed up. Had it done again with stell and it never settled so no luck there either. May have it done again once I've finished with babies. Also had my nose pierced about five years ago but took it out as hubby hated it and got a bit bored with it.

On a personal front if I had a teenagers I'd be happier with loads of piercings than tattoos done too young (waited until I was 27 to have my one done, and made sure it could be covered up), as I know very few people who have scars from this (I hardly have) but really don't understand expanders. There's a girl on the bus with lobes with inch wide holes in and it looks vile and is obviously irreversible. Bizarrely my mum was ok with the tattoo but baffled by the nose ring. She never saw the BB.

being asian the nose ring is not an issue at all at our house-had that done when i was about 13 and have 7 pierecings in 1 left ear 9 in the right including the inner ear cartilage and the tragus as well as cartilagae on top of ear!I really want my bb done but have 1 issue- I have a belly that sticks out so its not really worth showing off.Mum got my ears done when i was 8 months old and i am not traumatised at all .

Hi! just been reading your posts.I would love to have my BB pierced but Im a bit of a wimp so need convincing it wont hurt:eek:
Reason for this is I take bellydancing lessons and I do have a lot to wobble but its great for your self body image:T so I would show mine off.But still need to convince myself to get on with it it took 43 years before I had the guts to have my ears done:o

When I had my navel done, the worst bit was feeling sick the morning after. It can't've been too bad though, as I have several other piercings!

I'm stretching my ears to 8mm; they're only at 6mm currently. I can fit straws and glow sticks through them
