Problems with Protx Today?

Is anyone having problems with Protx? In particular I have had difficulties logging on all day. The help line seems to be overwhelmed so I imagine I am not alone.

I bought some things from eBuyer this afternoon and they insisted that my credit card was registered with 'Verified by Visa' and wanted a password.
I didn't enter one and the order has been in 'Security Check' status ever since.
I wonder if I'm a victim .... ?

We had problems earlier on our website. We rung HSBC as the message was we were not enabled as a mail order merchant.
We then were told from HSBC, that everyone was ringing in with this issue and where reffered to protx.
Protx advised that Maestro had undergone an upgrade today and we were to put a tick in the 3D secure box, which makes the gateway now work.

Thanks all. 3D is set up properly (I think) and orders seem to be coming in OK but I am not able to enter orders by hand for mail orders or telephone orders (MOTO). I think Protx have not set it up with the MOTO number I received from Streamline despite me having emailed it to them. I was put off phoning last night when I was 20th in the queue and remained there for several minutes but I'll have to bite the bullet today!0
