Land registry - Disposition meaning?

Hi all,
Just looking for a bit of advice. I'm looking at a house's legal documents (in Scotland.) In the legal pack there is the land certificate and a legal report which shows a disposition on the day the land certificate was drawn up.
I'm confused as to what it means. There is no mortgage and the name on the disposition does not match the persons on the land certificate.
Thanks

It possibly means that a part of the land formerly included in this title was split off and registered under a separate title number. Is there anything about this in the rest of the legal pack? It would be important to find out (if I'm correct) how the splitting of the title may impact on the remainder of the property.0

That may be possible. There is no other mention of A Murray anywhere else however the land certificate details things like right to the communal area at the back to dry clothes and a lavatory un the stairs of the building.0 -

That's exactly what it means. OP, make sure you're looking at an updated version of the title sheet (you said it was dated the same date as the Disposition which means it's probably ok).
It's not obvious from the property description what was split off though - presumably one of the other flats in the block.0
