Magic 105.4 missed call...??

Hi all, fairly new to comping - been entering various comps on here since December with no luck as yet but today i received a call at 2.19pm from 08444777888, which i did not get to in time as it only rang 3 times. Upon checking the number it seems that it belongs to Magic 105.4, of which i have entered 2 competitions with previously that i have found doing the search on here - one that ended 08/02 for a holiday to Melbourne and another for a trip to Paris that is still running. Now i have checked the T&C's but i can't see if there is anything on there about contacting you by phone.

I am unable to answer my phone throughout the day at work so i tend to not enter comps that require me to be available at all times but when i have called them back they have told me that they cannot tell me what the call was regarding and it was 'probably a phone in competition so if i didn't answer then they will have rung somebody else instead?

Has anyone else had an experience like this and should i expect maybe another call or like they say - i had my chance and missed it?

can you contact them by email / facebook etc? give time of the call, they may be able to trace.. (people answering the radio phone may not be told!)

facebook message sent at 3.50pm and twitter comment left at 4.15pm. Unable to DM them on Twitter as they need to be following me so have just replied to one of their tweets.

As of yet have had no response, their customer service has not been too great so far - when i stated on the phone that it may have been linked to a competition that i had entered on magic 105.4's website, the lady advised she would pass it on the the absolute radio studio - i think they are all linked under the same umbrella??

She answered the phone as Bauer Media too, not Magic?? The direct number for magic on their website says that the number has changed to the number where i got an answer from Bauer....?

If it's a win you can still have they will call back, if it's a move on one they will not.
As you know it is a central switchboard so the number that it shows you were called from does not necessarily relate to any particular department/person.

I had a call from Magic today asking if I wanted to record a Valentine greeting for my partner. I said I was at work so the lady said it didn't matter. I work in a very large office so could hardly get all gushy on the phone in the middle of the office surrounded by a bunch of colleagues lol.
