Cash withdrawal and balance transfer query

Hi guys,
so I'm almost ready to do a balance transfer from my Aqua card to a 0% Santander card.
But before I do, I'd like to withdraw a small amount of cash from an ATM on my Aqua card, it's necessary.
Will cash withdrawals on my Aqua card transfer to the Santander card? Or do cash withdrawals get left behind? Essentially, are cash withdrawals transferable with the whole balance?
I've tried to find the answer on Aqua's website, but couldn't find their terms and conditions.
I realise it might be a silly question and I maybe being over-cautious, but I want to be double sure I know what I'm doing.
Thanks.

Yes, as long as you have left it, after the cash advance for it to show up on your aqua account. Shouldn't take longer than a day or so.0 -

I don't see how this can be of any importance as you transfer the fixed amount, not the total balance.
yes but he wants to make sure the cash advance is transferred as soon as possible, and to make certain i would wait a day or so after taking the money from the cash-point.
I guess he could transfer his current balance plus the cash advance on the same time as the cash advance as would take a few days to be processed.0 -
My point was that he can transfer the current balance plus the advance straight away. Even if the transfer is processed earlier than the advance shows in the statement (unlikely), this won't make any difference.0

I also wanted to transfer my balance from a Vanquis/Granite card, but I was told by them they don't do transfers. i.e. they don't participate in transfers. Can that be true? I was under the impression any credit card balance was transferable to another? I guess you can tell I'm not very experienced in these things. But learning.0 -

thank you so much for your quick reply. My next Aqua statement is printed on the 15th of this month, and I'll be doing the transfer a couple of days after that to make sure everything gets shifted over, and making the withdrawal today or tomorrow. I was advised on another thread to wait till the next statement was issued before transferring, so I'll do that.

That seems unusual, but I am sure someone will come along to tell you the answer.0 -
Vanquis cannot stop you transferring the balance they;ll just be saying this to keep earning interest on your balance. Definitely worth checking the T&C's mind0

I've BT from Vanquis to Barclaycard no problems0
