Overseas transfer charges

Hi All

I am hoping to move to Oz soon but have a number of UK banking arrangements i would wish to keep ongoing

Can anyone advise which bank can i use to make free banking transfers from UK to Australia and Oz back to UK ?

If not which one has the cheapest/best rates

no bank does international transfer either free or good value. Use a FX broker, like currencyfair.com - there's a list in the aforementioned guide.

To send AUD to Australia, you could use Transferwise. As an example The rate for the GBP to AUD today is 1.95 including fees. Unfortunately it looks like they do not have a cheap method of transfer from AUD to GBP/EURO
