I received the head and shoulders too, but can't remember where it came form.

I sort of remember getting an email from Supersavvyme saying sorry about a head & shoulders sample, offering me a money off voucher and saying a sample would be sent later in the year, so maybe it was from that and mine will still arrive. It was a few months back, so not too sure I could be muddled up.
