Barclaycard - Two transfers, balance and money, which gets paid first?

Barclaycard has 2 offers on it presently.

Both 0%, one carries a 3.9% fee, interest free until 2017 for a BT, the other carries a 1.9% fee, interest free until Nov for a money transfer.

If both were utilised at the same time, would the payments be allocated towards clearing the money transfer first, then onto the BT?

I believe that is the case, but I'd phone them to double check before you do the transfers.
