I don't sell a great deal of items on ebay but have decided just in the last couple of weeks to sell my spare mobiles. I thought as i have 100% positive feedback since 2002 would encourage honest buyers but so far i have not received payment for both items and am now having to report as non paying bidders. Is their any other actions i can take against these (text removed by MSE Forum Team), I needed some cash to help with my bills this month and am going stir crazy with chasing the (text removed by MSE Forum Team) surely i can do more than just report non paying, It must be legally binding any advice would be great because i have had enough:mad:.

There is an Ebay forum so I'd post there for starters and secondly it is not necessarily your feedback is important. What feedback buyer has?

I have sold a number of mobiles- I keep my settings very very tight though to avoid time wasters- and don't forget to ensure that overseas buyers are well and truly blocked.
all you can do now is start the full NPB process on the buyers- 2 such striles and they effectively ban themselves from ebay as most sensible sellers will have blocked buyers with 2 or more strikes.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
