All Boxed Up (No response and no delivery)

Following a recommendation by MoneysavingExpert website about the above company I thought that I would order a Valentine's box for my wife.
Well, 4 emails later and despite contact with MoneysavingExpert staff (who have a contact working at the company) still no delivery and still no response to when the parcel will be delivered.
I find it strange that MoneySavingExpert advertise this company and have contact with them (and know they have had issues with delivery before) that they can 'recommend' them.
Terrible customer service and avoid this company.

I hope you get it delivered before Valentines day.
There is a thread here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4983324 which is users posting there offers but I can't see MSE recommending them anywhere?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. When did you order it ? It takes around 3-4 weeks to arrive.ally.0

Thank you for your question.
This was by a MoneySavingExpert.com email sent directly to me which states the All Boxed Up Valentine's bundle for £17.00.
It is from the website and under the MoneySavingExpert.com details so is this not from the company?
Please can I ask why you are 'moderating' this post personally as I am expressing my views on what has happened?
Regards0 -
Hi Asajj,
I am afraid in the example it is wrong as the company sent me a personal email informing me the goods would be delivered yesterday and I have checked with the parcel delivery service and they only collected it yesterday!
It still does not excuse the fact that the company are ignoring my emails as this is poor Customer Service.
Thanks for your comments though :-)0 -

As asajj said, I think they are a bit bad on delivery and it can take 3-4 weeks for delivery, assuming the MSE email was over that time then I really hope you get it in time for your wife.
Not sure what the moderating post personally means though so I can't help you on that?I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Edit: Just saw your poste to asajj, fingers crossed that if they have collected it, you will get it before Saturday

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for the message.
Yes, it is very unfortunate as this was for my wife for Valentine's day and now do not know whether to find another present for her.
The frustration is that the company's Customer Service is terrible and all I am doing is trying to ensure other MSE people do not have the same issue and hope you can understand.
Hope they do deliver on time and keeping fingers crossed :-)0 -
Well you are right actually in that sense, they are not good at answering e-mails
Hope it will arrive on time before Valentine's

Keep your fingers crossed and hope that the tracking info updates to 'out for delivery'
If not you can show her this post to let her know that at least you tried
As you say though its not good that they are not replying and I certainly won't use them in the future so thanks for the warning.
Are they on Facebook? I find that a public message on a companies wall usually gets a prompt reply.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I also ordered the Valentines box on 28th Jan after getting the MSE email come through. It was apparently posted out on the 9th Feb but as of today, still has not arrived. The company haven't replied to any of my emails. I am absolutely fuming. Not sure what to do from here!0
