Help with Emissions warning light - Corsa

Hi,
My DS has 2006 1.2 Corsa SXi
Just been serviced and needed an oil pressure switch replaced which had caused an oil leak.
It also had a new Lambda sensor fitted around 3 months ago
Driving home tonight, the emissions warning light came on and stayed on (Not flashing)
Any idea what the issue could be and whether safe to drive until he can get into the garage? He drives around 40-50 miles per day for college
Thanks all

It could be related to alot of things really its very difficult to stab at a geuss now with the modern day vehicle,id suggest it should only be driven as far as the garage to make sure there is no damage done.
Is it doing anything that isnt normal? Mis-firing ect?0 -
Apparently it lost power for a few seconds, but then back to normal.
He's just gone out to start it, and the light has gone out!!!???"Hope for the Best

By a cheap OBD reader - should get one for £10 and get an app for his phone. Read any stored codes, this should give an indication of where the problem lies and if it is likely to come back (corsa forums should be able to help with any codes stored.)0
