samsung have damaged my new tablet!

Options
Hi all

Sorry if this is well covered somewhere getting to my whitts end and could not find any answers

Anyway I got a tab pro 10.1 from currys for my Christmas treat but when I got it it was faulty. The left side could move making creaking noises as you held it.

Currys had ran out of stock and I had bad dealing with them before so went to samsung direct and sent it back for repair a week later it was back and still faulty but now also with a big dent in the back.

I email them that day 12/1/15 but they did not want to fix it and all they have offered is a £10 amazon voucher.

I wish I had just taken it back to currys for a refund now.

Dose anyone know what rights I have?

Thanks

Your rights are with the vendor not Samsung regarding Sale of Goods Act .
All you can pursue Samsung for is the damaged case / dent .
They do tend to creak a bit the ten inch models that is if you make them .
As its damaged Currys may reject .
