she just came back.
I have to cut my cards up - DONE
Change my wages and all incomings to her account - DONE
Do them a SOA, we'll do that tonight, and they will then contact our creditors, hopefully there is staring to be a small light at the end.
Just worried about the one account, obviously it is connected to the house, so CAB will maybe offer a proposal to them before next thrusday.

Just out of interest.

We may have to give the one account more payment to bring down the 12,000 we are over out mortgage limit.
So this would leave £100 to pay creditors we owe £22,000 to.
Does anyone know whether this is reasonable on a DMP or IVA, it sounds like it's too small an amount, but I have never done anything like this.

We definately have to pay The One account 12,000 by next thursday or at least offer a proposal.
I know it was my fault, this mess, but I'm distressed they honooured cheques that took us over our facility instead of bouncing them. We would have had some money in the bank to keep us afloat for a while if they hadn't honoured them.

Anyone any experience of this? anything we can do or say to them to get them to be more sympathetic?
