    In answer to CATHERINEBLACK's original question , I have a copy of Partition Magic that I can send to her if necessary and also Norton Ghost which are the only 2 Norton programs I find useful

    well it looks like the hard drive is only 30gb. maybe getting a bigger drive to copy and store all your data on and use partion magic for the orginal so that c: will then be 30gb
